"User Content" means any material uploaded to the Site by a user (whether subscriber, model, or agency), including photos, videos, audio files (such as music and other sounds), live stream footage, data, text (such as comments and hashtags), metadata, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other materials.

"Services" means advertising and informational services provided through the Site, including ad placement, content access, and other features.

INTERNATIONAL APPLICABILITY AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

Primary Jurisdiction

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment Methods

Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds

If a user account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months and there are unused funds in the account balance, the following rules apply:

• The Site will make reasonable attempts to contact the user using the provided contact information
• If the user does not respond and does not use the funds within 30 days after notification, an administrative fee for servicing the inactive account of 5 USD per month or equivalent in the account currency may be charged from the account balance
• If the account balance becomes zero as a result of applying the administrative fee, the account may be closed

Disputes and Conflict Resolution

In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds:

• The user must first contact the Site support service to attempt to resolve the issue
• If the issue cannot be resolved through direct interaction, the provisions of the "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" section of these Terms of Use apply
• For disputes related to payments through third parties, such as payment systems, the user must first attempt to resolve the problem through the appropriate payment provider in accordance with their terms of service

Taxes and Additional Fees

All prices listed on the Site do not include applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or other mandatory payments that may be applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction. Such taxes and fees, if applicable, will be added to the total cost of purchased services.

Changes to Refund Policy

USER REQUIREMENTS AND VERIFICATION

Age and Identity Confirmation

Photos used for identity verification must not be false, misleading, or belong to another person. The Model's profile may be blocked if image verification is not passed.

During the verification process, the Site may use the following methods (without limitation):

• Photo showing clothing or underwear from the Model's photo shoot
• Photo showing the Model's face and other facial features
• Photo showing the Model's body that matches the body style in the Model's profile images
• Photo showing matching distinctive features, such as tattoos

Despite conducting thorough image verification, the Site does not confirm or guarantee that the model will fully correspond to the provided photos during an in-person meeting. The Site allows minor differences between actual model photos and provided photos, and image verification is conducted with certain reasonable tolerances.

If the Site identifies or receives a reasonable complaint that a Model no longer corresponds to the photos posted in advertisements on our site, we may immediately terminate membership and consider further action against the responsible Model.

Consequences of Providing False Information

Providing false information to conceal signs of coercion, human trafficking, or actions under third-party control is considered a particularly serious violation and may result in immediate notification of law enforcement agencies in addition to standard sanctions.

Providing false or misleading information during the verification process is strictly prohibited and is considered a material breach of these Terms of Use.

In case of identifying false information, We reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account
• Remove all content associated with you from the site
• Refuse refunds for any paid services
• When necessary, notify appropriate authorities

You agree to maintain the accuracy of provided information and notify us of any changes to your identification information.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Security Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or password. Violation of these prohibitions may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and potential notification of appropriate authorities.

Offensive Content

Users may report to the Site any content they consider offensive or objectionable by contacting us by email at moderation@lollihub.com.

We review all content complaints in the following order:

• Complaints about content violating legislation: within 24 hours
• General complaints about objectionable content: within 48 hours
• Other types of complaints: within 5 business days

The Site does not guarantee that it will respond to all comments or complaints. If we decide at our discretion to respond to a complaint, we do not guarantee a response within a specific timeframe, although we strive to comply with the above timeframes.

The Site's decision regarding whether specific content is considered offensive or objectionable is final. The Site reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to edit, withdraw, or remove content that it considers offensive, harmful, violating the rights of others, or contrary to these Terms of Use for any reason and without prior notice.

• Review of content complaints: within 48 hours of receiving the complaint
• Urgent requests related to serious violations: on a priority basis, usually within 12 hours

Right to Unilateral Content Removal

We retain the absolute and sole right to remove, modify, or block any content at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Non-compliance with laws of any jurisdiction where the site is accessible
• Receipt of reasonable complaints from other users
• Suspicion of fraudulent or misleading nature of content
• Containing prohibited materials or advertising prohibited services
• Containing materials violating third-party rights
• At the request of law enforcement agencies or court decisions
• As a precautionary measure when violation is suspected

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are final. Content removal for violations of Terms of Use does not entitle to refund of paid services.

Account Management and Service Termination

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to:

• Delete or block your account
• Delete or block any content uploaded by you

Account Closure by User and Consequences of Termination

When closing an account through the support service, you must:

• Any actual or alleged violations of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations

Release from Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever discharge the Company (and its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from and hereby waive and relinquish each and every past, present, and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action, and cause of action of every kind and nature that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or that relates directly or indirectly to, the Site or any interactions with other users.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Preliminary Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any arbitration or litigation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations for 60 (sixty) calendar days. Notice of the dispute must be sent to disputes@lollihub.com with a detailed description of the nature and basis of the claim.

Arbitration

Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or use of the Site that cannot be resolved through negotiations will be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The place of arbitration will be in the State of Wyoming, USA. The language of arbitration is English. The number of arbitrators will be one if the dispute amount does not exceed 100,000 USD, otherwise three arbitrators. The arbitration decision will be final and binding on the parties.

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following disputes are not subject to mandatory arbitration:

• Claims for protection of intellectual property rights
• Claims for injunctive or other equitable relief
• Small claims within the jurisdiction of small claims courts

Time Limitation for Filing Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM WILL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Waiver of Class Actions

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE MUST BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS BASIS, ONLY BETWEEN YOU AND US.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement
